Terms & Conditions for YWAM Together 2024

The following is a terms & conditions policy for YWAM Together 2024, a non-profit event manager running a four-day event in Manila, Philippines this September 2024.
 

1. Introduction

Welcome to YWAM Together 2024! These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the four-day event managed by YWAM Together 2024, scheduled for September 2024 in Manila, Philippines (“Event”). By registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

All participants must register through the official Event website or designated platforms.
Full payment is required to secure registration. Payment terms, including deadlines and methods, are outlined on the registration platform.
Registrations are transferable but non-refundable, except as detailed in the refund & cancellation policy.

3. Event Participation

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times during the Event.
YWAM Together 2024 reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant deemed to be disruptive or posing a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others.

4. Refunds, Cancellation and Changes

YWAM Together 2024 reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be notified and provided with options regarding their registration fees.
YWAM Together 2024 is not responsible for personal expenses or losses incurred due to changes or cancellations, including travel and accommodation costs.
For participants who are unable to make it to the gathering and wishes to cancel their registration, YWAM Together 2024 will refund payments in full (minus processing fee of $5 USD per participant) until July 1st, 2024.

Cancellation of registrations from the participant from August 1st – August 19th, 2024 will result in a refund of 50% of the registration fee (plus the processing fee of $5 USD per participant).

Cancellation of registrations from August 20th, 2024 onwards will not result in any refunds from YWAM Together 2024 to participant.

5. Liability and Insurance

YWAM Together 2024 is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property associated with the Event.
Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the registration process is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

7. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, including presentations, are the intellectual property of YWAM Together 2024 and/or its speakers and partners.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Event materials is prohibited.

8. Media and Publicity

YWAM Together 2024 may capture photos and videos during the Event. By participating, you consent to the use of these images and recordings for promotional purposes.

9. Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines as directed by Event organizers and local authorities.
YWAM Together 2024 will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment but cannot guarantee a risk-free Event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

11. Amendments

YWAM Together 2024 reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this Event website.
